Depending on your graphic needs, you can choose standard silk-screen or optional offset printing for your discs. Offset or lithography might be used for booklets, reply cards or box inserts, but board for packaging is printed on different presses from paper stocks. These processes often require hands-on adjustment to achieve the closest match. When thinking disc packaging, don’t be constrained by jewel boxes or Amaray-type cases. Certainly these standard packages are available, along with their printed inserts. On short runs standard packages might be the best choice. But for large runs we specialize in environmentally conscious paperboard packaging. Paperboard is light for mailing and gives you lots of panels for sales or informative copy. From a simple sleeve, to a six-disc folder, we have dies for a wide variety of packages. And if we don’t have exactly what you need, we will design it, make CAD samples for you, provide design templates, and manufacture it to perfection.
